{"id":12331,"date":"2019-12-09T21:52:48","date_gmt":"2019-12-10T03:52:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vainilla-pineyro.com.mx\/?p=12331"},"modified":"2019-12-09T21:58:40","modified_gmt":"2019-12-10T03:58:40","slug":"vanilla-coffee-and-nut-jelly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vainilla-pineyro.com.mx\/en\/vanilla-coffee-and-nut-jelly\/","title":{"rendered":"Vanilla, Coffee and Nut Jelly"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Recipe using: <strong>Vanilla Beans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Unflavored Gelatin (27 gr)<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup cold water<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<li>2 cups of milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 Vanilla Bean<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of strong coffee, freshly made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Time: 1hr 30min \/ Difficulty: Easy \/ For how many people ?: 4<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Let&#8217;s do it! \/ Procedure \/ Preparation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Divide the unflavored gelatin into 3 equal parts, hydrate each with \u00bc cup of cold water.<\/li>\n<li>Melt a portion of unflavored gelatin in a water bath; Blend this gelatin with the nuts, 1 cup of milk and half the sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into a previously greased jelly mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Open the Pi\u00f1eyro vanilla bean and scrape the seeds; in a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk along with the vanilla beans and the rest of the sugar until the first boil is released; Remove the pod and let this mixture cool slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Melt another portion of the gelatin and integrate the milk and vanilla mixture.
